We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After you place an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. This email will outline the estimated processing time for your order. Once each item in your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification email. This email will provide you with the estimated delivery time for your item.

Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

We do not do store credits. Once your item is returned and inspected you will be issued a full refund. Used items will not be issued a refund.

For returned packages, we will notify customers via email once we have received returned packages and directly arrange a refund to our customer. Customers can reply to us via email to know reshipment or ask for the refund. Notes:
1. Please contact us within 30 days after the package is delivered.
2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
4. Contact us before you return the package to get the shipping address or other details. We can only issue the refund when we get the package back. We will notify you by e-mail at that time.
5. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
6. No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale.
7. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by Refreshubrand.
8. Due to the nature of our personal care products, we are unable to accept returns. All of our towels are thoroughly inspected upon arrival and upon departure from our fulfillment center. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 10 days.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please understand that because of the intimate nature of the products we sell, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Health regulations stipulate that items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered are not considered as being in “new” condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refresh Towels are delicate by nature, we offer NO warranty once the tags are removed.
